1. Shipping Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within a reasonable processing period. Once your order has been confirmed, you can expect delivery within 5–8 business days.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer simple and affordable shipping rates:
- Orders of PKR 2,500 or above: Free Delivery
- Orders below PKR 2,500: PKR 250 delivery fee per order
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide tracking information where available. You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.
4. Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and other contact information are correct when placing your order. GripXGym is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
5. Delayed Deliveries
While we aim to deliver all orders within 5–8 business days, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, extreme weather, public holidays, or other unexpected events.
